Our soft kataifi dough (kadayif) is designed for pastry shops, catering and restaurants that seek the highest quality in their baking. Made from thin wheat threads that provide perfect crispness after baking – without becoming dry or brittle.
Delivered frozen in convenient 2.5 kg bags - a total of 10 kg per carton, making it easy to use just the amount needed. Perfect for kunafa, baklava, fillings with cheese, nuts, chocolate or fruit.
