Shipping policy

Goods are delivered as illustrated in the Online Store, subject to minor adjustments to the packaging. Shipments within Sweden are sent within 3 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, from the date the customer receives an order confirmation.

Within Sweden, all parcels are shipped with DHL. DHL will send notifications by email, and we recommend that customers download the DHL app, where they can easily track their parcel and make delivery choices.

We offer delivery options with DHL.

Delivery prices range from SEK 79 up to SEK 1,199.

For delivery to addresses that are not part of mainland Sweden, the delivery date may be extended beyond the 3–5 working days stated above due to additional transport over water. Since Al Badr Kunafa AB ships goods through an external service provider, delays may occur depending on the provider’s processing times.

Please note: The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information and for collecting the parcel on time so that it is not returned to Al Badr Kunafa AB.
