        Belgian Dark Chocolate

        We use Belgian milk chocolate with at least 55% cocoa, which is significantly higher than the standard for milk chocolate. This gives a significantly deeper cocoa flavor, less intrusive sweetness and a round, balanced chocolate that melts smoothly in the mouth.

        Our chocolate cake is filled with an extra generous and thick filling of crunchy kataifi, roasted pistachio pieces and smooth handmade pistachio cream. We don't compromise on quantity, each piece is created to provide a distinct bite and a balanced taste experience.

        Our own kataifi – since 1997

        We make our own kataifi, just as we have done since 1997. It is naturally crunchy, flavorful and completely free of preservatives and emulsifiers – unlike much of the kataifi on the market today.

        This is not an imported industrial product, but genuine craftsmanship that maintains both crispiness and flavor significantly better.

        Handmade chocolate with generous weight

        Our chocolate bars are thicker, heavier and more richly filled than standard chocolates. That is why they cannot be produced in industrial production lines, like many other Dubai chocolates on the market. To achieve the right thickness of the chocolate and an extra generous filling, manual handling, precision and time are required.

        Each cake is built layer by layer, and by hand to ensure the right balance between chocolate, filling and texture.
