Here's how to make homemade Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream. A creamy chocolate ice cream with a touch of the Middle East - perfect for all chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
- 30g roasted kataifi
- 200g dark chocolate or milk chocolate
- 250g whipping cream
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk
- 10 tbsp pistachio cream
Preparation:
- Mix the roasted kataifi from Badr with 5 tablespoons of the luxurious pistachio cream in a bowl until you get a smooth and firm consistency.
- Whip the cream until stiff, then add the sweetened condensed milk and 5 tablespoons of pistachio cream and mix thoroughly.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
- In silicone molds, add a layer of medium-thick kataifi and pistachio cream, insert the popsicle stick, and then add a layer of the cream mixture.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours until the ice cream is completely frozen.
- Take out the molds and dip them in melted chocolate, decorate the top with chopped pistachios or chocolate sauce and place them back in the freezer for 20 minutes.
